✦ Building something honest, one project at a time

Websites that get found.
AI that gives you your hours back.

I'm Brad Porchak, a builder in Hamilton, Ontario. I help small and faith-based businesses show up properly online and let AI carry the busywork — grounded in faith, focused on stewardship of time, skill, and trust.

What I do

Two ways I can help

Practical work for real businesses — one step at a time, each step only when the one before it proved worth it.

Websites that get found

Clean, fast sites built to be genuinely findable — indexed by Google, on the local map, readable by AI search. And you can edit yours yourself afterward, without breaking anything.

AI automations

Missed-call text-back, instant lead follow-up, booking reminders, review requests — small systems that catch the customers you're already earning, so you get your hours back.

Getting found

A website nobody can find isn't doing its job

Here's what most people are never told: being online, being indexed by Google, and showing up in the local map are three different things. You can have a real website and still be invisible to the customers searching for you right now.

Actually indexed & searchable

Being online isn't the same as being on Google. I build sites that are structured and optimised so search engines can genuinely find and understand them — the foundation everything else in search is built on.

On the map, not just online

Most local customers search "near me." Without a set-up, verified Google Business Profile, you're simply missing from the map — however good your site looks. I get the local pieces in place so you're actually in the running.

Ready for AI search

People increasingly ask AI assistants for recommendations. I structure your site so it can be understood and cited by tools like Google's AI answers, ChatGPT, and Perplexity — where more of your customers are starting to look.

Start here: the free findability check

Send me your business name and website — or "we don't have one yet." Within a week you'll get a short video walking through exactly where you're visible, where you're invisible, and what it would take to fix: Google, the local map, the link preview people see when your site gets shared, and the new AI search. Free, no strings, and yours to keep either way.

Request your free check

Every check is the same audit I ran on my own site first.

How it works

One step at a time

No retainers-for-nothing, no lock-in. Each step only happens if the one before it earned it.

The free check

See exactly where your business stands online. Nothing to buy, nothing to lose — just a clear picture, in plain language.

Get found properly

If the check finds gaps, I fix or build: a clean, fast site you can edit yourself, set up to be found on Google, the local map, and AI search.

Automate the busywork

Once people are finding you, simple automations catch and follow up with every lead — added one at a time, only where they earn their keep.

That's the whole ladder. Each step creates the proof for the next — and you can stop at any rung and keep everything.

Myeloma March — campaign content

Ongoing social media content for a myeloma awareness walk — video features, a holiday tribute, and post graphics produced with an AI-assisted, human-directed pipeline. I'm living with myeloma myself, so this is work I'm honored to do for my community. Watch three of them below.

About

Hi, I'm Brad — this is why I build the way I do

I'm a builder in Hamilton, Ontario — websites, AI automations, and an animation craft I'm developing in the open. My faith shapes all of it: I believe the time, skills, and relationships I've been given are worth stewarding carefully — building things that are honest, useful, and made to last.

That conviction has been tested. I've been walking through multiple myeloma and spinal stenosis — and rather than stopping me, it's clarified what's worth my time. It's made me more deliberate about the work I take on, more grateful for good days, and more determined to build things that serve my family and the people I work with.

If you've got a project in mind — or you're just curious whether any of this could help your business — I'd love to talk.

The animation journey

A craft, in the open

Alongside the client work, I'm building an AI-animation practice — story-driven scenes, documented honestly as the craft grows.

  1. Chapter 1 · Where it started

    Learning the tools

First steps with AI image and motion tools — figuring out what was possible, what looked like "AI slop," and what didn't. Rough, but the spark.

  2. Chapter 2 · Finding a process

    Character & consistency

Learning to keep a character looking like the same character across shots — references, style locking, and a repeatable workflow instead of one-off luck.

  3. Chapter 3 · Telling a story

    Faith-driven storytelling

Putting the craft toward something that matters — narrative scenes that teach and move people, with music and animation working together.

  4. Now · What's next

    Building the pipeline

Pushing toward cinematic, dependable output at low cost — and one day, helping businesses use these same techniques for their own brands.
